耐斯特公司将剥离俄罗斯燃料油零售业务

据俄罗斯油气网7月6日莫斯科报道，耐斯特公司日前已签署协议，把其在俄罗斯圣彼得堡地区的75个加油站和一个终端的燃料油零售业务出售给了俄罗斯鞑靼石油公司（Tatneft）。此次撤资对耐斯特公司在芬兰和波罗的海国家的营销和服务业务没有影响。

耐斯特公司首席执行官Peter Vanacker说：“耐斯特公司的目标是成为可再生和循环解决方案的全球领导者。剥离俄罗斯燃料油零售业务将使我们能够专注于我们的战略重点。”

Vanacker说：“多年来，我们已把圣彼得堡地区的业务发展成为一个成功的企业，拥有约1000名员工，他们以出色的客户服务和对健康、安全和环境高标准的承诺而闻名。我们很高兴Tatneft希望进一步发展我们在俄罗斯的燃料油零售业务。”

Neftegaz.RU. Neste Corporation has signed an agreement to sell its fuel retail business consisting of 75 fuel stations and a terminal in St. Peter***urg region to Tatneft.
