欧佩克：美国页岩油增速放缓 谈论减产为时尚早

据道琼斯阿布扎比11月13日消息，欧佩克秘书长巴尔金多(Mohammad Barkindo)周三称，美国页岩油产量增速在下降，但现在谈论欧佩克12月将作何决定的时机未到。

巴尔金多在阿布扎比的一次会议上对记者表示∶“有关美国页岩油放缓势头演变成减速的担忧在加剧。”

巴尔金多称，世界将继续需要欧佩克及其盟友。

巴尔金多表示，在12月会议会欧佩克是维持目前的减产政策还是会加大减产力度，现在还言之过早。不过他表示，他“非常乐观”地认为，贸易摩擦将很快解决，从而消除笼罩石油需求的一片“阴云”。

OPEC Chief: Premature to Decide align="justify">U.S. shale-production growth is decelerating but it is too early to say what OPEC will decide in December, the cartel's chief said Wednesday.

Speaking to reporters at an Abu Dhabi conference, Mohammed Barkindo, the secretary general of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, said there is "growing concern that the slowdown [in U.S. shale] is graduating in deceleration."

"The world will continue to need OPEC" and its allies, Mr. Barkindo said.

Mr. Barkindo said "it is very premature" to say if OPEC will maintain current production curbs or deepen them when it meets in December. But he said he was "very optimistic" a trade dispute  would soon be resolved and remove a "dark cloud" align="justify">
