俄罗斯北极地区石油储量估计达73亿吨

据塔斯社11月14日报道，俄罗斯自然资源部长科比尔金（Dmitry Kobylkin）表示，俄罗斯北极地区的石油储量达73亿吨，凝析油储量达27亿吨，天然气储量约为55万亿立方米。而亚马洛-涅涅茨自治区潜力最大，约占北极地区初始总资源的43.5%。

报告指出，该地区约41%的油气资源位于北极大陆架。

科比尔金表示：“北极地区应被视为国家的战略储备地。我相信，对北极地区的开发会是一个几十年甚至几百年前的项目。这一切都会影响到整个国家的福利。我还认为，北极大陆架应被视为俄罗斯矿产资源基地开发和油气生产的战略储备地。”

据悉，截至2019年10月，俄罗斯大陆架共有140个许可项目在运营。根据相关法律，只有在大陆架上拥有至少5年工作经验的国有控股公司（其中国家至少拥有50%的股权）才能申请开发俄罗斯北极大陆架。自2016年以来，离岸油田的新许可证已暂停发放，现在只有俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司和俄罗斯石油公司被允许在该地区开发。
