Corallian计划在2020年进行首次公开募股

据11月22日Offshore Energy报道，英国私人石油和天然气运营商Corallian Energy公布了明年进行首次公开募股(IPO)的计划，以及两个北海油气田的扩展计划。

拥有Corallian 35%股权的Reabold Resources周五表示，Corallian计划在明年下半年上市，此前已融资30万英镑(约合38.5万美元)。

筹集到的资金还将用于确定Unst气田和Dunrobin油田的井位。Unst气田位于Viking Graben地区，由Corallian公司100%控股，预计天然气储量为680亿立方英尺；Dunrobin油田位于内马里湾，预计石油储量为1.87亿桶，Corallian持有45%的股份。

值得注意的是，Dunrobin油田位于许可证P2478区块，该许可证于9月底被该公司获取。

Reabold补充道：“出于对计划中的Curlew-A井进一步的钻探，相关讨论正在取得进展。”

去年10月该公司将其10%的权益出售给了澳大利亚的塔龙石油公司（Talon Petroleum），Corallian目前拥有Curlew-A 90%的权益。该油井拥有3900万桶的无风险资源。该公司还认为，在单独的岩层中还有3000万桶的无风险潜在资源。

同样值得注意的是，Corallian公司向石油和天然气管理局提交了第32轮海上授权申请。

UK private oil and gas operator Corallian Energy has revealed plans for an initial public offering (IPO) next year and a farm-out process for two North Sea prospects.

Reabold Resources, a 35 percent owner of Corallian, said align="justify">The raised finances will also be used to finalize well locations align="justify">Unst, in the Viking Graben region, is 100% owned by Corallian and has prospective resources of 68 billion cubic feet of gas, while Dunrobin in the Inner Moray Firth has prospective estimated resources of 187 million barrels of oil equivalent. Corallian holds a 45 percent stake in the prospect.

It is worth reminding that Dunrobin is located in Licence P2478, awarded to the company in late September.

Reabold added align="justify">Corallian owns 90 percent of Curlew-A after selling a ten percent stake to Australia-based Talon Petroleum in October last year. Curlew-A has unrisked contingent resources of 39 million barrels of oil equivalent.

The company also believes that there are additional unrisked prospective resources of 30 million barrels in separate rock formations.

It is also worth noting that Corallian submitted applications to the Oil and Gas Authority’s 32nd Seaward Licensing Round.
