俄与乌克兰签署10年石油运输协议

据塔斯社12月3日报道，乌克兰管道运营商Ukrtransnafta和俄罗斯国家石油管道运输公司(Transneft)已经签订了一项为期10年的协议，在乌克兰全境提供石油运输服务。

该公司表示:“在2019年12月3日，Ukrtransnafta和Transneft签订了一份通过乌克兰境内提供石油运输服务的附加协议，该协议延期10年——从2020年1月1日到2030年1月1日。”

Transneft总干事尼古拉·加夫里连科和副总裁谢尔盖·安德罗诺夫签署了该文件。Ukrtransnafta补充道，在这次会议上，双方还讨论了进一步合作的可能性。除了延长合同期限外，根据当前该地区石油运输服务市场的变化，两家公司之间的另一项协议将更新其部分条款。

Ukraine, Russia sign 10-year oil transit agreement

Ukrtransnafta and Transneft have entered into a 10-year agreement to provide oil transit services across Ukraine, Ukrtransnafta said align="justify">"On December 3, 2019, Ukrtransnafta and Transneft entered into an additional agreement to the contract align="justify">Director General of Ukrtransnafta Nikolai Gavrilenko and Transneft Vice President Sergei Andronov signed the document. "Apart from prolonging the contract, an additional agreement between Ukrtransnafta and Transneft will update a number of its provisions taking into account the current changes in the oil transportation services market in the region," the company informed.

It was noted that the basic principles of cooperation between companies remain unchanged, including payment procedure for services and the mechanism of interaction at the level of technical services of the two oil transportation operators.
