乌克兰与摩尔多瓦签署天然气输送协议

据油气新闻12月28日消息称，乌克兰天然气传输系统运营公司报道，该公司与摩尔多瓦天然气运输公司和摩尔多瓦天然气公司)签署了一份互联互通协议，该协议将从2020年1月1日起按照欧洲规则开始生效。

该报道称：“这一协议允许在乌克兰和摩尔多瓦之间通过欧勒斯维卡、赫雷贝尼基、卡塞尼、阿纳尼诺夫和莱曼斯克站点按照欧洲规则双向运输天然气。因此，从2020年1月1日起，它将最终完成跨巴尔干天然气走廊的疏通，并允许摩尔多瓦的消费者从乌克兰的天然气传输系统接收天然气。”

两国还签署了通过乌克兰和摩尔多瓦输送天然气给两国跨境消费者的合同。

报告称：“到今年年底，乌克兰天然气传输系统运营公司已经与匈牙利、罗马尼亚和波兰签署了互联互通协议。与斯洛伐克运营商EUSTREAM和俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司的谈判正在进行中。”

早些时候，乌克兰国家石油天然气公司和俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司之间的长期合同将于2020年1月1日到期，这一合同阻碍了乌克兰GTS运营商和邻近运营商之间的合作。

乌克兰国家能源和公共事业管理委员会最终对乌克兰天然气传输系统运营公司进行了认证，并从2020年1月1日起向新的GTS运营商授予从事天然气运输业务活动的许可证。
