巴国石油公司出售尼日利亚资产

据油气加工网1月15日报道称，巴西国家石油公司最终完成了在非洲西海岸的尼日利亚石油生产商PO＆GBV的股票出售。这家巴西国有控股公司与BTG Pactual E＆P BV成立了该合资公司，并持有其50％的股份，巴西国家石油公司以14.5亿美元的价格将其股份出售给加拿大的非洲石油公司。
