巴西国油签署陆上油田出售协议

据Oil & Gas Journal网站3月10日报道 巴西国家石油公司已于巴西油气公司CKL集团上游子公司Eagle Explora??o de óleo e Gás 签署协议，以301万美元的价格出售其在巴西Tucano盆地四个陆上油田的100%股权。

Concei??o、Quererá、Fazenda Matinha以及Fazenda Santa Rosa油田距离萨尔瓦多市110公里。2019年，这些油田的平均天然气产量为26桶油当量/天，没有石油产量。

交易须满足先决条件，如需经过经济防卫行政委员会（CAED）和国家石油、天然气和生物燃料局（ANP）的批准。

出售完成后，Eagle将持有这些特许权的100%权益。

Petrobras signs agreement to sell>Petróleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) has signed an agreement with Eagle Explora??o de óleo e Gás Ltda., a Brazilian oil and gas company and the upstream arm of CKL Group., for the sale of 100% of its stakes in four>Concei??o, Quererá, Fazenda Matinha, and Fazenda Santa Rosa lie 110 km from the city of Salvador. In 2019, average production of the fields was 26 boe/d of gas, with no oil production.

Closing is subject to the fulfillment of precedent conditions, such as approvals by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) and by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP).

Upon completion of the sale, Eagle will hold 100% interest in these concessions.
