化新闻网讯据海事新闻5月29日消息称，埃克森美孚正在推出美孚佳特汽缸油系列的最新产品美孚佳特540X，它是专门为专门为含硫0.1%，0.5%合规燃油和液化天然气(LNG)而设计的。美孚佳特540X旨在满足新型发动机设计的先进清洁度和防护要求，并满足WinGD对所有三种燃料类型的要求。

与当前生产的汽缸油配方相比，该汽缸油还可以大幅度降低进料速度。安全适用于包括LNG在内的所有低硫合规燃料类型,低碱值（BN）配方已通过新型发动机适用性测试。美孚佳特 540 X其强化的清洁保持性能针对性地用于对抗使用包括LNG在内的低硫合规燃料时产生的沉积物问题。与目前的汽缸油配方相比，该产品有助于显著地降低汽缸油注油率。

美孚佳特540X将于2020年6月在世界各地的主要港口上市，包括新加坡、安特卫普、鹿特丹、阿姆斯特丹港区、休斯敦和韩国。它还将通过遍布世界各地的650多个港口的广泛网络在其他地点提供。

ExxonMobil Debuts New Multi-fuel Marine Cylinder Oil

ExxonMobil is introducing the latest addition to its MobilGard cylinder oil range, Mobilgard 540 X, specifically formulated for use with both 0.10% and 0.50% sulphur fuels and liquefied natural gas (LNG). Mobilgard 540 X is designed to meet the advanced cleanliness and protection needs of newer engine designs and meets WinGD’s requirements for all three fuel types.

The cylinder oil also allows for substantial feed rate reduction compared to current-generation cylinder oil formulations.

“As the first cylinder oil to be approved for use with all three low-sulphur fuel types and gas validated by WinGD, Mobilgard 540 X is a first-to-market offering in our industry that allows vessel operators to seamlessly switch between these fuels without compromising on quality or performance,” said Frans Horjus, global marine lubricants sales manager at ExxonMobil.
