职责描述：
•Reviews and approves the Well Proposal and Basis of Design and follows the execution of programs technically
审核并批准有关建井的提案和基本设计,并在技术上跟踪项目的执行情况
•Reviews and approves Well Programs and End-of-Well reports
审核并批准建井计划及完井报告
•Reviews and approves well operations procedures e.g. Casing running and cementing
审核并批准建井作业程序（比如下套管和固井）
•Participates in selection and evaluation of service companies, suppliers and equipment
参与对服务公司、经销商和设备的选择与评估
•Ensures proper communication with relevant parties (client, segments, third parties, etc)
确保与相关方面（顾客、斯伦贝谢部门和第三方）进行适当的沟通
•Participates in cost control of programs Vs AFE by analyzing solutions.
通过分析结果来参与项目的成本控制与授权花费的平衡
•Assures Technical Integrity of Well Operations programs.

•Reviews and approves project well control briefing
审核并批准项目井控的简介
•Reviews new technology for possible application to project

•Uses InTouch (proprietary Schlumberger software) for best practices, lessons learned and technical alerts

•Ensures best practices and lessons learned are transferred between all rigs on a project

•Approves invoices for service companies

•Forecasts and plans medium and long term needs to meet program requirements

•Anticipates operational changes and needs and revises plan accordingly

•Participates in Daily Morning Meetings

•Evaluates results Vs goals and performance of service companies

•Monitors daily Time/Depth progress

•Monitors daily cost/depth progress Vs AFE
监控每日的费用/深度进度和授权花费是否匹配
•Reviews performance trends including NPT across all rigs
审阅包括所有钻台作业中的非生产时间趋势。
•Initiates engineering corrective action to ensure a process of continuous improvement
主动采取相关工程设计的修正措施来确保有一个持续改进的机制
•Initiates engineering studies to solve recurring problems (wellbore stability, lost circulation, washouts, etc)
主动进行工程设计研究来解决重复出现的问题（如井眼稳定性,泥浆漏失,井壁溃塌等）
任职资格：
•Bilingual – Chinese/English
双语能力-中/英
•Minimum 15 years industry experience
十五年以上相关工作经验
•Demonstrable track record
优良的工作经历和记录
•Graduate degree in relevant subject
