土耳其1月起将通过TurkStream接收俄罗斯天然气

据ICIS网站12月27日布加勒斯特报道，四个市场消息人士向ICIS表示，土耳其的天然气公司预计从明年1月起将从新的交付点开始承接俄罗斯的天然气，因为运量将从跨巴尔干线转移到新的TurkStream走廊。

监管机构EPDK预计将于12月30日宣布将交货点从保加利亚-土耳其边境的马尔科拉尔改为土耳其西北色雷斯地区黑海海岸的Kiyikoy。

俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司预计将把目前通过跨越乌克兰、罗马尼亚和保加利亚的跨巴尔干线出口的数量转移到TurkStream。

横跨黑海的新走廊将有两条管道，每条管道的容量为每年157.5亿立方米。TurkStream1将满足土耳其市场的需求，预计将于2020年1月开始投入运营。

TurkStream2将在土耳其包括一个小的陆上区域，并与保加利亚系统连接以继续向塞尔维亚和匈牙利交付。 该出口通道很可能在2020年底之前建成。

Turkey expecting to receive Russian gas via TurkStream from January 2020

Turkish gas companies are expecting to offtake Russian gas from a new delivery point from January 2020 as volumes will be diverted from the Trans-Balkan line to the new TurkStream corridor, four market sources told ICIS.

The regulator EPDK is expected to announce align="justify">Russian producer Gazprom is expected to divert volumes currently exported via the Trans-Balkan line across Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria to TurkStream.

The new corridor across the Black Sea will have two pipelines with a capacity of 15.75 billion cubic metres/year each. TurkStream1 will feed the Turkish market and is expected to come in operation at the beginning of January 2020.

TurkStream2 will include a small align="justify">The change of the delivery point is align="justify">Companies close to discussions told ICIS that neither BOTAS nor Turkish private importers had secured any price discounts or a reduction of their take-or-pay agreement which currently stands at 80% of contracted volumes.

The oil-indexed price of imported Russian gas in Turkey is expected to drop from $265.00/1000m3 (kscm) in Q4 ’19 to an estimated $255.00/kscm in Q1 ’20. The drop will reflect the fall in crude values over the last six months.
